At our farm, a deep passion for the land is poured into every bottle of our Organic Montecucco Wine. Grown in vineyards tended with care and in accordance with organic farming principles, our wine is the true expression of our commitment to quality and sustainability.
In the cellar, we let nature take its course: fermentation occurs without the use of selected yeasts, preserving the authenticity of the process. Filtration is kept to a minimum, allowing the wine to maintain its integrity and fully express the character of its terroir.
From our organic vineyard comes our Montecucco in three varieties: Montecucco Rosso 78, Montecucco Rosato 77, and Montecucco Rosso 78 Riserva.

Our organic buffalo meat
Buffalo meat contains less fat than beef, as buffalo —unlike other bovids, store fat externally rather than within the muscle tissue. It’s low in cholesterol and rich in vitamins B6 and B12, protein, iron, and potassium. Thanks to its higher water retention, buffalo meat is more tender and juicier than that of other farmed species. Its digestibility and excellent flavor make it suitable for everyone —especially children, the elderly, athletes, and anyone who, by choice or necessity, prefers to limit their intake of beef or pork. It lends itself beautifully to both traditional and innovative culinary preparations.
